A very streamlined approach to local music makes Paycheck’s an easy place to remember to go when you’re bored in the Hamtramck area. Almost all shows are $5 and they almost always start at 9pm. Doesn’t get much easier than that.

A variable haven for those who like underground music and booze, Paycheck’s Lounge was voted the best place to hear alternative music by Real Detroit Weekly in their section Best of Detroit. With shows being added on a daily basis, Detroit music lovers can count on Paycheck’s lounge for the best in indie, punk, garage, and other Detroit rock every weekend.
